MID-RISE has an award winning in-house licensed Architect/Design Studio creating “Productized Architecture”. Design solutions are crafted from a palette/menu of predesigned models in a shortened time frame - usually 4 to 8 weeks. Our vast experience in design, fabrication, assembly, delivery & construction provides for the rapid delivery of your building project. In addition, repetitious use of project plans and designs is encouraged - enabling future projects to move at an even more accelerated pace than standard/first time design projects.

A team of seasoned professionals navigate the entitlement and permit process through the State (California Housing & Development - HCD) and through the local governing City/County Building Dept. This phase of the project development provides for the most efficient processing of drawings and documents for building code compliance. In-house plan check and inspection services expedite the permitting and fabrication approvals, eliminating the wasteful time spent on traditional plan check and building inspection.

Utilizing our 2D(Panelized System) or our 3D(Volumetric System), MID-RISE provides the optimal solution for your project. Our module fabrication begins concurrently with the General Contractor’s groundbreaking/start of foundation construction.
