“People are meant to be loved,
and things are meant to be used”
- Matthew Kelly
Too often the opposite is true and while steel prefab modules have sprouted a new branch on the design/construction tree, the focus of our work is about PEOPLE, not Architecture…
Architecture & Modular/Prefab are a means to an end.

For the past twelve years, we've developed processes & procedures for metal roll forming, panel fabrication, logistics & installation. These procedures are our "secret sauce" and the re-adapting of these procedures, now applied to Modular/3D Volumetric, has expanded the MID-RISE product palette.

Employing the most environmentally conscious materials and processes, our projects also reduce disruption to properties adjacent to our construction sites by up to 70% - most of our fabrication/construction occurs offsite which means a major reduction of subcontractors, vehicles, traffic, and neighborhood lifestyle disruption

We're composed of a Team of innovators and industry disruptors - company wide - who have reverse engineered traditional construction methodologies. Our unitiized façade system provides a wide range of aesthetic options with minimal on-site install/construction time and our modules are delivered with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, floors, bathrooms, kitchens, stairways and finishes — all installed.

Our modular solutions have been designed to withstand seismic & wind forces and they're in full compliance with the toughest health, safety and building codes on the planet. Originally focusing on the Southern California region, the by-product of our modular R&D, prototyping and data mining, is a fully code compliant modular solution that satisfies both national and international building codes.

We spend approx. 50% less time in the permitting phase & our State Certified factory unlocks expedited 3rd party plan check review/approval. Site built foundation construction and factory built module fabrication begins simultaneously. Upon inspection approval, completed modules are shipped to the construction site for installation. MID-RISE coordinates with on-site GC's on the Install, as well as, connection of all utilities.
